Renovating for 2026-2027!
she/hers - Class of 2028
Lillian Hescheles is a Volunteer Peer Facilitator for Badger Supports. In this role, she encourages peer-to-peer connection through support groups, mental health programming and events. Through Badger Supports training, Lillian hopes to gain skills in helping others feel understood in their own experiences and identities.
Beginning at a young age, Lillian has been passionate about mental health support and accessibility. She was the leader of The Writing Center in high school, a resource that's open throughout the entire school day and allows any student to receive academic support when they need it. She's also volunteered with Schools of Hope AmeriCorps Project, supporting under-resourced children in their development. These experiences inspired her to seek a larger supportive role on the UW-Madison campus, leading to her discovery of Badger Supports.Β
Lillian is a Psychology and Journalism major with hopes to pursue a career in Counseling or Educational Psychology. On campus, she's involved in WSUM Student Radio and MODA Magazine, where she has the helpful opportunity to creatively communicate her emotions through words and music. In her free time, Lillian loves running, songwriting, playing guitar, spending time outside, and connecting with her loved ones. More than anything, Lillian lovesΒ helping others!
