Isabella White is a Volunteer Peer Facilitator for Badger Supports. She supports peer-to-peer connection in peer support groups, programs, and other student-facing spaces. Through Badger Supports training, Isabella builds skills in active listening, student-centered support, and care-centered facilitation. In this role, she helps create welcoming environments where students can connect with others, feel heard, and build a sense of belonging.
Isabella is a Psychology major pursuing certificates in Consulting and LGBTQ+ Studies. She aims to build a career in Organizational Psychology and also engage in advocacy work for mental health, particularly within single-parent households and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Isabella has developed a strong foundation in peer support during high school, where she worked as a Peer Mentor, helping students navigate the balance between academics and wellbeing. This experience strengthened her empathy and deepened her commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where all participants feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
Beyond her academic interests, Isabella is passionate about all things music. Some of her favorite artists include Taylor Swift, BTS, and Tomorrow X Together. In her free time, she also enjoys thrifting, traveling, solving logic puzzles, attending concerts, and trying new restaurants around town.
