Stacey Chen is the Associate Director of Business Development and a Peer Facilitator for Badger Supports. She supports the organization’s financial, administrative, and systems-based operations, including purchasing, records, budget coordination, documentation, and internal tracking. In her role, Stacey helps improve workflows, strengthen accountability, and ensure Badger Supports’ operations are organized, accurate, and aligned with university and organizational expectations.

She is currently majoring in Accounting with a certificate in Consulting. Her passion for diversity, inclusion, and community building drives her commitment to creating welcoming spaces where individuals feel supported, valued, and connected.

During her free time, Stacey enjoys attending various events on campus, from craft nights to sports games. To destress, she loves having dinner with friends to debrief and unwind after a long day. If not in Grainger Hall, you could find her walking around Memorial Union or College Library.
